The Admissions process is the beginning of the journey for our patients. We take great care in helping our patients enter treatment as effectively and quickly as possible.
Our Admissions Department Staff is available to answer your questions and address concerns you may have about addiction treatment 24 hours a day.
They are experts in guiding prospective patients and family members through this difficult process, while ensuring appropriate and timely care. Whether you are calling for information for yourself, a loved one or a professional making a referral, we are available to help navigate the process.

- Patients entering Embark Recovery Center must be at least 18 years of age.
- Financial arrangements for services must be approved prior to admission.

- Cell phones are allowed after 30 Days

- Notebooks and writing and reading materials
- Appropriate pictures and items that bring a sense of home
Have Legal Obligations?
If you have been charged with a drug crime and or DUI and are currently involved in an open active case, we can help. Our Case Managers will work with you and your legal counsel as well as the court to ensure strict compliance with court orders, updates and progress reporting. Your individualized treatment plan will be an integral part of successfully completing court orders and in resolving your case. If you need legal help we have referrals and resources available.
Need Travel Assistance?
Taking your first step in recovery is challenging enough without trying to arrange for all the other little details. Our Case Management team has access to many travel options in getting you to our center. The primary airport to fly in and out of is Sky Harbor International Airport (City Code PHX) serviced by all major US carriers. Once you arrive your Case Manager will arrange ground transportation from the airport to our center. You Case Manager can also arrange for hotel accommodations for love ones as needed.
